Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and manage day-to-day schedules
- Coordinate activities across lodge departments
- Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively resolve issues
- Assist in guiding, F&B, or concierge services when needed
- Act as the primary liaison between management and guests
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years in luxury hospitality or lodge operations
- Experience in guest relations, concierge, or lodge management support
- Strong understanding of lodge operations and guest expectations
- Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Professional presentation and guest-focused approach
