We are looking for a dedicated Junior Dairy Manager to join our team.As a Junior Dairy Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the dairy farm. This includes monitoring herd health, supervising staff, implementing breeding programs, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for dairy farming, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.Ability to speak Zulu and basic Afrikaans is an advantage. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in daily farm operations
- Monitor herd health and reproduction
- Supervise farm staff and provide training as needed
- Implement breeding and feeding programs
- Calf rearing
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
