Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the dry stock dairy section
- Manage dry cows, steam ups, young heifers
- Rearing calves
- Identification of disease and treatment
- Herd health
- Manage and train staff on dairy farming best practices
- Monitor milk production and quality control
- Implement and maintain health and safety standards
- Develop and implement breeding programs
- Manage inventory and stock levels
