Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance tasks
- Repair equipment and structures- painting, plumbing, welding, fencing
- Assess the need for repairs
- Ensure safety and cleanliness of the work environment
- Qualifications and Skills
Must have a drivers license The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within the property management sector.
While formal qualifications are not mandatory, relevant skills such as carpentry, plumbing, welding, building and electrical work are highly desirable.
