Junior Interior Designer

Design Support-Assist in developing interior design concepts and mood boards-Support senior designers with space planning and layouts-Prepare design presentations and client proposals-Create drawings and visualizations (2D/3D)Sourcing & Procurement-Source furniture, fabrics, finishes, and décor items-Liaise with suppliers and vendors-Assist with procurement and ordering processes-Track deliveries and ensure quality standardsProject Coordination-Assist in managing project timelines and schedules-Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients-Support site visits and installations-Ensure projects are executed according to design specificationsAdministration-Maintain project documentation and design files-Prepare quotations and assist with budgeting-Track project costs and expenses-Update design schedules and reports

Minimum RequirementsQualifications-Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or a related fieldExperience-1–3 years’ experience in an interior design role (internships included)-Exposure to residential, hospitality, or commercial projects (advantageous)Technical Skills-Proficiency in design software such as:oAutoCADoSketchUpoAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)-Basic knowledge of 3D rendering tools (advantageous)-Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and furnitureKey Competencies-Creative and detail-oriented-Strong visual and spatial awareness-Good communication and presentation skills-Ability to multitask and meet deadlines-Team player with a proactive attitude-Strong organisational skillsWorking Conditions-Office-based with regular site visits-May require travel depending on project locations-Occasional extended hours to meet deadlines
