FITTER/TEAM LEADER PRODUCTION - BLOW MOULDINGPINETOWN KZNOversee production operations, ensure quality standards, and lead a team effectively. Minimum 2 years' production experience required.TRADE TEST IS A REQUIREMENT FOR THIS ROLE
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with the day-to-day leadership of the team
  • Ensure product quality meets and exceeds expectations
  • Monitoring raw material usage and machine performance
  • Liaising with quality inspectors for standards compliance
  • Allocating staff and assisting at machines as needed
  • Ensuring safety standards adherence and high housekeeping standards
  • Assisting with Maintenance and Mould changes as required
Requirements:
  • Matric and trade tested, technical Diploma advantageous
  • 2 years as a Shift Setter in production
  • Blow moulding experience beneficial
Skills required:Blow Moulding, Setting, Team Leader
