MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• 4–8 years' experience within a contractor environment and/or consulting environment.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of construction contracts, including:
• NEC
• GCC
• FIDIC
• Excellent financial, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Willingness to travel and work across multiple projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive the successful delivery of multiple Construction projects.
• Lead, mentor and support project teams to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure effective financial control and risk mitigation across projects.
• Deliver exceptional client service and develop long-term client partnerships.
• Monitor project performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support the growth and sustainability of the business.
• Manage and coordinate multiple projects while maintaining quality and commercial standards.
• Apply strong contractual and commercial knowledge throughout the project lifecycle.
