We are seeking a professional Butler to deliver personalised, discreet, and five-star service to lodge guests. The ideal candidate will have a background in luxury hospitality and the ability to anticipate guest needs, ensuring an exceptional and memorable stay.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide bespoke guest services tailored to individual preferencesManage guest requests, reservations, and itinerariesMaintain guest suites and ensure attention to detailServe meals, beverages, and other services with discretion and professionalismLiaise with other departments to ensure seamless service deliveryUphold the highest standards of etiquette, presentation, and confidentiality
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a Butler in luxury hospitality
- Formal Butler training or equivalent hospitality certification preferred
- Knowledge of fine dining, wine, and guest service etiquette
- Experience in high-net-worth or international guest service
- Exceptional attention to detail and service excellence
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to anticipate and respond proactively to guest needs
